Our hospital policies are designed to allow us to serve all of our patients in an efficient, timely, and organized manner. Each policy is important to us either because it allows us to deliver excellent service to our clients, or because it allows us to ensure that our pet patients feel comfortable and safe.

Payment Policy

An important part of our mission to deliver the best available veterinary care is making the cost of that care accessible for our clients. To make paying for your pet’s care as easy and manageable as possible, we offer several payment options. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We also accept CareCredit, which allows you to begin treatment right away and pay in small monthly installments. You may read our full financial policy here.

New Client Appointments: To ensure our team can be available to all pets in need of medical care, we are now requiring a $35 deposit for all New Client appointment requests, refundable until 48 hours before the scheduled date. The deposit will be applied to your bill at the initial visit, and can be refunded if you cancel no later then 48 hours prior to the appointment.


CareCredit® lets you pay for your pet’s treatment upfront with credit so that you can begin treatment now and pay for it over time. We accept CareCredit® for any treatment costing over $100. You can learn more about how CareCredit® can help you pay for your pet’s veterinary care here.
